I have been in the medical and dental field for more than 30 years. I was born & raised a California girl and shortly after high school enlisted in the US Air Force [USAF] as a field medic and a dental technician.  As a veteran of the USAF and the spouse of a retired US Army Military Police Soldier, service members hold a special place in my heart and I wish for nothing more than to give back to the military community when I can.

During my 15 year residency in the state of Missouri (1999-2014) I worked in the Emergency Medical Services [EMS] field as an Emergency Medical Technician [EMT] for the local ambulance services and this is where I began my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  Prior to starting my journey as a Massage Therapist I had been receiving massages every week for three years.  Knowing that was exactly what my body needed to prepare for the rigors of EMS duties, it was then that I realized my calling to become a Massage Therapist and provide to others the same holistic healing and rejuvenation I experienced.

Since becoming a Massage Therapist in 2009, I have continued to hone my massage skills by receiving training and certifications in numerous modalities to include:

  • Deep Tissue Massage

  • Therapeutic Massage

  • Chinese Cupping

  • Neuro-Muscular Therapy

  • Pre & Post-Surgical Massages

  • Oncology Massages

  • Hot Stone Therapy

  • Pre-Natal Massage

  • Trigger-Point Therapy [Labor-Inducing]

  • Weight Loss Wraps

I am currently dual-licensed as a Massage Therapist in Missouri and Wisconsin so I may continue providing my Missouri clients their much-needed massages when I visit there.  I also maintain a current CPR certification to provide the necessary medical assistance should the need arise.

As part of a whole-body maintenance & rejuvenation regimen for my clients, I am also a Younique® Exemplary Blue Status Presenter and a dōTERRA® Director-Level Wellness Advocate.

  • As a Younique presenter I am committed to uplifting, empowering, and validating women in hopes of helping them realize their full potential for personal growth. 

  • Using the dōTERRA ArōmaTouch Technique I apply selected essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.  (Upon request, I am able to include your choice of dōTERRA Oils and Blends along with the massage oils of your selected massage technique.)
